Childe Hassam's work is a delight! The pictures are clear, the color comes through nicely and titles for the paintings do appear next to each painting. It would be nice to have one picture per page and to have the pictures appear closer to the full size of the page. It would also be helpful to have the date that each was painted or some other explanation for the order in which they are presented. Another issue, and it may be with my Kindle app running on Windows 8, but the book is very slow to load … even the second and third time I opened it.
