Reviews
I enjoyed reading this book (purchased Kindle digital format). I think Bryan Peterson is one of those photographers who makes it look easy and is able to teach effectively. This ia a great book for beginner to intermediate photographers. Lots of hints on how to get that photograph and how to think about the how things like exposure and aperture will affect not only getting a technically correct photo but how you can use it to tell a story and do something artistic. I see so many people critiquing technical correctness over the overall emotional and artistic aspects of a photo and perhaps we have lost some of the fun by trying to be technically correct instead of just capturing the emotion and story of what we're photographing. I think Peterson strikes a nice balance between all these aspects of photography and I also enjoyed the pictures in the book.
