Reviews
This book and all its chapters kinda explain the same thing and basic common sense material. Things like "practicing speeches will make you more confident, and confidence will make you a better speaker." That's not an exact quote but somewhere along those lines is what I interpreted from most chapters. It's more a book about speech psychology. You'll get better speech from talking with people and working retail.
